Maintenance and support
Our maintenance and support service keeps your website or software updated, backed up and monitored every month. The scope is written on a separate single page. There is no lock-in, and one email is enough to leave.
Who is maintenance and support for?
Maintenance and support is for companies whose website or software is part of how they earn money. When orders come through the site, or the team works in an internal system every day, downtime costs money.
On work we deliver, the first 30 days of bug fixing are already free. Monthly maintenance is for after that. If another team built the system, we start with a short review, as in project takeover.
What do we do each month?
We keep the system updated, backed up and monitored. The full checklist is in website maintenance. We apply security updates to the framework and packages, testing them first on a staging environment. We check that backups run and test restoring them at set intervals. We monitor uptime, so we usually notice a problem first. We track SSL and domain renewal dates. Read why the domain should be yours in who should own your domain.
Small changes within scope are included. Large new features are not. They get their own one-page quote and definition of done.

- 02 Current state check If we did not build it, we get access and review the code and server. Urgent issues are flagged first.
- 03 One-page maintenance scope What is included and what is not, on one page. Maintenance starts once it is signed.
- 04 Monitoring and backups We set up monitoring and backups where missing and run a first restore test.
- 05 Monthly care Updates, checks and small changes, with a short summary at month end.
What if you want to stop?
One email is enough. There is no penalty, lock-in or notice period. Domain, server, repository and accounts are already in your name. When you leave, we hand over an up-to-date access list and notes so another team can pick up where we stopped.
Frequently asked questions
Is maintenance required?
No. It is optional. The first 30 days of bug fixing are already free.
Do you maintain systems built by others?
After a short review, yes, if it uses technologies we know and is in reasonable shape.
What sets the monthly fee?
System size, the number of integrations and how many small changes you need. Scope and fee are on one page.
Are big new features included?
No. They get a separate one-page quote and definition of done.
How do we stop maintenance?
One email is enough. We hand over an up-to-date access list and notes.
How fast do you respond to an urgent issue?
The response time is written in the maintenance scope. Thanks to monitoring, we often know the system is down before you do.
Why does a website need maintenance?
Software that is not updated collects security holes over time. A system whose backups were never tested may not come back after a failure. Maintenance lowers these risks with regular checks and prevents simple outages such as an expired domain or SSL certificate.
What should we prepare before maintenance starts?
Access to the system is enough: server, code repository, domain and any third-party accounts. If another team built it, share their notes and documents too. We fill in missing access during the first check.
Which systems do you maintain?
Websites, online stores, CRM and internal systems, integrations and mobile apps. We take on systems built with technologies we know, such as Laravel, Vue, Nuxt, Python and MySQL. For mobile apps, keeping up with new operating system versions can be part of the scope.
Do you maintain systems for companies outside İzmir?
Yes. Maintenance is fully remote. We work with clients across Turkey and abroad.
