Privacy notice
This notice explains how RadKod processes the personal data collected through radkod.com and our forms, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by RadKod as the data controller. For any question or request about this notice, write to merhaba@radkod.com.
What we collect
- Form details: name, e-mail, phone, company, your message and your answers to project questions.
- Where you came from: the page you sent the form on, your first page on the site and the referring site, if any.
- Security record: an irreversible hash of your IP address and your browser information, to prevent abuse.
- Consent record: the date and time you accepted this notice.
We count page views without cookies, only by day and page address; the count contains nothing that identifies you.
Why we process it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote, run the project if you accept it, and protect our forms. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with our hosting, e-mail and (with your consent) analytics providers, to the extent needed. Some of these providers may store data outside Turkey; such transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Send your request to merhaba@radkod.com; we respond free of charge within thirty days.
