Frequently asked questions
Is filling in the form a commitment?
No. After you get the quote, starting or not is entirely your decision.
Do I have to state a budget?
No. If you give a range, we can suggest a scope that fits it.
Do you look at projects built by others?
Yes. Fill in the existing project form. We review it, give you a written report and then write a takeover quote.
Is the quote free?
Yes. The call and the one-page quote are free.
How soon does the quote arrive?
Within four business days after the call. It fits on one page, with price, date and scope written down.
Can the price change later?
No. The price on the quote is fixed and nothing is added later. A new request is discussed on a separate one-page addendum.
How do I compare quotes from different companies?
Look at scope, delivery date and ownership, not just price. Check whether the quote says whose name the domain, server and code will be in, and when the work counts as finished. Our post on comparing software quotes has the full list.
What if my project type is not on the form?
Pick the closest type and describe what you need in the notes. We clarify it together on the call.
