## In short

- A corporate website usually takes 4–6 weeks. The finish date is written on day one.
- The quote fits on one page. The price is fixed and nothing is added later.
- Domain, server and code repository are in your name from day one.
- Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch.

## Who is our web design service for?

Our web design service is for companies that want to explain what they do, clearly, on the web. Most people who write to us need a first website, have an old site nobody can update, or have outgrown a template. Some do not even know whose name their current domain is registered in.

If your team will update the site, we set up a content panel. We show you how it works once. After that you add pages, text and images yourself.

## What do we do on a corporate website?

We handle design, development, the content panel and launch as one team. First we agree on the pages you need. Then we design around your brand, not a template. The site works on phones, tablets and desktops. This is called [responsive design](/en/glossary/responsive-design).

Speed and search basics are part of the job. Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and redirects from old URLs are ready before launch. We explain why in [what makes a website SEO-friendly](/en/blog/seo-friendly-website), and how to keep rankings in [redesigning without losing SEO](/en/blog/redesign-without-losing-seo). If you want to know what drives the price, read [what a website costs and why](/en/blog/website-cost). The person you talk to is the person who writes the code.

## What is included

- **Sitemap and design**: We list the pages together. You approve the design before we build it.
- **Content panel**: You add text, images, pages and blog posts yourself. No need to call us for small edits.
- **Mobile and speed**: The site fits every screen. Images are compressed and pages load fast.
- **SEO basics**: Titles, descriptions, a sitemap and redirects are in place before launch.
- **Set up in your name**: Domain, server and code repository are opened in your accounts. You hold the passwords.

## How the project runs

1. **You write, we reply within a business day** — Day 0 you write to us. Day 1 we reply. Day 2 we have a 30-minute call. If it is not a fit, we say so.
2. **One-page quote and definition of done** — Day 4 you get a one-page quote. Day 5 the definition of done is signed and work starts.
3. **Design and build** — You approve the designs first. Then we build. You see progress on a test site every week.
4. **Testing** — We check the site on different phones and browsers. We tick off every item in the definition of done.
5. **Launch and handover** — We launch on the promised date, train you on the panel and hand over every login in writing.

## What happens after launch?

After launch the site is fully yours, and we fix any bugs for free for 30 days. Your domain, server and code have been in your name since day one. We explain why that matters in [who should own your domain](/en/blog/who-should-own-your-domain).

After 30 days you can choose monthly [maintenance and support](/en/services/maintenance-and-support). It is optional. If you want to leave, one email is enough.

## Frequently asked questions

### How long does a corporate website take?

Usually 4–6 weeks. The exact date goes into the definition of done, and we deliver on that date.

### What changes the price?

The number of pages, the design scope, the number of languages and any systems to connect. The quote is one page and nothing is added later.

### Who writes the content?

Text and images usually come from you. We tell you what each page needs and agree on a date for it.

### Can we update the site ourselves?

Yes. You use the content panel. Since the code is yours too, you can also continue with another team.

### Will our old site lose its search rankings?

We redirect every old URL to its new address, which lowers the risk of losing rankings. The redirect list is an item in the definition of done.

### What should we prepare before we start?

A short list of your services, your logo and a few websites you like are enough. If you already have a domain, find out which account it is registered in. We work out the rest together on the first call.

### Will the site rank at the top of Google?

Nobody can guarantee rankings, and you should be careful with anyone who does. We set up titles, descriptions, a sitemap, speed and redirects before launch. Over time, content quality and regular updates decide where you rank.

### Who owns the code and the domain?

You do. Domain, server and code repository are opened in your accounts from day one, and you hold the passwords. If you stop working with us, the site stays with you.

### Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. We fix bugs for free for 30 days after launch. After that, monthly maintenance is optional. Even without it, we still answer your questions.

### Do you work with clients outside İzmir?

Yes. We are based in İzmir and work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad. Calls happen by phone or video, and you see progress on a test site every week.
