# How we work

> Within five business days of your first message you have a one-page quote and a signed definition of done. We have four rules, and each one has a written line in the contract.

## You wrote to us. What happens next.

1. **Day 0 · You write.** — A form or an e-mail. Three sentences are enough.
2. **Day 1 · We reply.** — Within one business day. By phone or in writing, your choice.
3. **Day 2 · A short call.** — Thirty minutes. We understand what you need, and if it will not work, we say so.
4. **Day 4 · A one-page quote.** — Price, date, scope. No surprise items.
5. **Day 5 · Definition of done, signed.** — What counts as finished is in writing. Work starts.

## Four rules. Four documents.

### We write down on day one when it is done.

We do not start until what counts as delivered is in writing.

- Done: 6 pages live, tested on phone and desktop.
- Done: Form requests appear in the CRM, e-mail notifications go out.
- Done: Domain and server are in the client's account, access handed over.
- Not done: Any of the above is missing.

### The quote is one page.

The price is fixed up front. No items appear later.

- Website, 6 pages, Turkish and English: Fixed price
- Request form and CRM connection: Included
- Delivery: Contract date
- Items added later: None

### Everything is in your name.

Domain, server and code belong to you from day one.

- Domain, server, code repository and all accounts are opened in the client's name.
- The client has full access at any time, no request needed.
- One e-mail is enough to leave. No penalty, no lock-in, no notice period.
- The only thing that keeps you with us is good work.

### We still pick up the phone after delivery.

Maintenance is a separate sentence, agreed separately.

- Bug fixes are free for 30 days after delivery.
- After that, monthly maintenance is optional, on its own single page.
- We pick up the phone even without a maintenance plan. That is not a clause, it is a habit.

## What do you see once work starts?

You follow progress in the client portal at any time. Steps are binary: done or not done. When a phase is finished it comes to you for approval; approve it and we move on, or ask for changes and write down why.

## What if the scope changes?

Changes are requested in writing and priced on a separate one-page addendum. Nothing you have not approved is invoiced, and the original scope and date stay as they are.

## What does delivery mean?

Delivery means every line of the [definition of done](/en/glossary/definition-of-done) is met. You already hold the code repository, server and account access; on delivery day we sign the final checklist together.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do we need meetings for a quote?

One thirty-minute call is enough, by phone or video.

### Is the quote free?

Yes. The call and the one-page quote are free.

### Is maintenance mandatory?

No. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after delivery; after that, monthly maintenance is optional.

### How is payment made?

The payment plan is written in the quote and is usually tied to phases. A phase is not invoiced until it is finished and approved by you.

### How soon do I get the first quote?

Usually within four business days of your first message. We reply on day 1, have a thirty-minute call on day 2 and send the one-page quote on day 4. On day 5 the definition of done is signed and work starts.

### What is a definition of done?

A list, signed by both sides, that says item by item when the work counts as finished. It is written before work starts. Delivery means every item on it is met.

### Does the price go up if the scope changes?

Only if you approve it. A new request comes in writing and is priced on a one-page addendum. Nothing you have not approved is invoiced.

### Whose name are the domain, server and code in?

Yours. Everything is opened in your accounts from day one, and you hold the access. One email is enough to leave.
