Describe what you want to build in three sentences. No brief needed; we ask our questions on the call.

- **Reply:** Within one business day. By phone or in writing, your choice.
- **Call:** Thirty minutes. We understand what you need, and if it will not work, we say so.
- **Quote:** On one page, within four business days after the call.
- **Location:** İzmir, Turkey. We work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad.

## The five days after you write.

1. **Day 0 · You write.** — A form or an e-mail. Three sentences are enough.
2. **Day 1 · We reply.** — Within one business day. By phone or in writing, your choice.
3. **Day 2 · A short call.** — Thirty minutes. We understand what you need, and if it will not work, we say so.
4. **Day 4 · A one-page quote.** — Price, date, scope. No surprise items.
5. **Day 5 · Definition of done, signed.** — What counts as finished is in writing. Work starts.

## Frequently asked questions

### How soon do you reply?

Within one business day. If you write at the weekend, we reply on Monday.

### Do I need to come to your office?

No. Calls are by phone or video. If you are in İzmir, we can also meet in person.

### Is filling in the form a commitment?

No. After you get the quote, starting or not is entirely your decision.

### What is my information used for?

Only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. Details are in our privacy notice.

### What should I include when I write?

Three sentences on what you want to build are enough. The address of your current site and a target date help if you have them. No brief needed.

### I am an existing client. Where do I ask for support?

Open a request in the client portal. It goes straight to the person running your project. If you do not have a portal account, use this form.

### Can I write from outside Turkey?

Yes. We are in İzmir and work remotely with clients abroad. We can hold the call in English or Turkish.

### What if the project is not a fit for you?

We say so. If the call shows we are not the right team, we tell you, and where we can, we point to the kind of solution that would fit.
