## Who is RadKod?

RadKod is a software company in İzmir with three partners. Since 2016 we have been building websites, online stores, CRM and internal systems, mobile apps and integrations.

The team is small on purpose. Without a chain of sales reps, project managers and subcontractors, two things remain: the person you talk to writes the code, and we can keep the date we promised.

## Where does the name come from?

Press R-A-D-K-O-D on an old phone keypad: 7, 2, 3, 5, 6, 3. The five keys you press are our logo; 3 is pressed twice, which gives the two "d"s. Code means both software and a door code. Every door has a code, and we write it.

## What do we do differently?

We do not do "90 percent done". Work is either finished or not. So before we start, we write down what counts as finished and both sides sign it. The details are on [how we work](/en/how-we-work).

- The quote is one page. The price is fixed up front.
- Domain, server, code repository and every account are in your name from day one.
- One e-mail is enough to leave. No penalty, no lock-in.
- Bug fixes are free for 30 days after delivery.

## What kind of team are we?

- **The person you talk to writes the code.**: No sales rep, no project manager in between. You ask the person doing the work and get the answer from them.
- **Small, on purpose.**: We take on few projects at a time. That is why we can keep the dates we promise.
- **We choose boring technology.**: Proven tools that are easy to maintain, so a developer after us can read the code too.
- **We work in writing.**: Scope, definition of done, changes and delivery are all written down. Few meetings, many documents.

We are in İzmir, Turkey. We work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad, and meet in person when needed.

### How many of you are there?

Three partners. The partners run each project from start to finish; we do not hand the work to someone else.

### What size of projects do you take on?

Anything from a company website to business systems connected to banks. Size matters less than a scope that can be clearly finished.

### Do you take over projects built by others?

Yes. We first review the code and access and give you a written report. If continuing makes sense, we write our quote after that.

### How long has RadKod been around?
